InstaTow is the name on the website and the voice on the phone. The truck, the technician and the doctor come from our service partner.
We chose a partner with an owned fleet on purpose. A phone number that forwards to whoever is free is how most towing works in India. It is why nobody tells you the price.

The founder
InstaTow is built and run by Bikash, its single founder, the person who wrote this site in English and Hindi, studied how roadside assistance really works in India before choosing a partner with its own fleet. Based in Mira Road, Thane.
