We’re the people you contact. The trucks and technicians are our service partner’s own fleet, in 15 cities.

How do I get a tow right now?
Tap Get help, share your location and what happened. A person calls you within 5 minutes and confirms the ETA.
Do I need a plan to get a tow?
No. Rescue is pay-per-use. A plan makes the next year’s breakdowns already paid for.
Is Family Shield insurance?
No. These are assistance services. No claim forms.
My car is 10 years old.
Rescue is for any car. Plan eligibility by vehicle age is stated in the plan document. Call us before you buy.
Electric vehicles?
Yes. EVs are always moved on a flatbed.
How do I pay?
You pay in advance. For a rescue, the price is shared on the call before you pay; plans are paid for when you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Unused plans within 7 days, yes. Failed services, yes. See Pricing & refunds.
How do I renew?
We call you a month before it ends and renew it on the call.
Do you serve two-wheelers?
Yes: rescue and the two-wheeler Shield plan.
Can I talk in Hindi?
Yes, on the site and on the call.
